PREVIEW/VIEW AS WEB Page (F5)
One of the other great features of ASP Express - If you have MS Internet Explorer 4.0 or above installed on your machine, then ASP Express will use its 'engine' to create an internal Viewer for your HTML page. If you do not have it installed, ASP Express will inform you of this and, once you click the OK button, it will load your System's Default Browser in order to view your page.

This command (in the Window Menu)performs the same action as clicking the Preview Tab at the bottom of the document. For ASP and ASP.Net files - the first view is usually cached. Therefore, on subsequent views of the same page, even if you've changed the code in the document, you may need to refresh the screen in order to see your latest changes. This can be done in two different ways. The first way, is just as you normally can do in ID, right-click on the document and choose 'Refresh'. The second way is clicking the 'Refresh ' button on the Status bar (at the bottom of the ASP Express IDE.
